30 Year Architectural Shingles

Shingles are a standard choice when it comes to roofing materials. Although they might not be the most durable, they offer a more affordable alternative while still keeping your home safe and dry.

We only offer high quality 30 Year Architectural shingles. Ask us about our 160 mph wind resistant shingles!

Tile Roofing Systems

The most commonly used tile roofing systems are concrete tile and clay tile roofing systems

Clay tile roofing systems are considered to be the most elegant, and beautiful roofing systems. They have been used throughout history and provide a home / building with a sense of high class

Concrete tile roofing systems provide a durable, and elegant system. They come in flat tile (shown in the image) and Barrell tile. They are generally more reliable than clay tile as they are made from heavy tiles of concrete.

Metal Roofing Systems

There are many different types of metal roofing systems. The main systems include standing seam, 5v crimp, and stone coated steel.

The first type of metal roofing system shown is the Standing Seam, or unexposed fastener system. It is the most durable metal system as the fasteners are hidden from the elements, and thus provides the least amount of maintenance.

The second type of metal roofing system shown is the 5v crimp, exposed fastener system. While using the same metal as standing seam, it is easier to install and has exposed fasteners. While having maintenance on the fasteners, it is a more durable system than shingles, while being more affordable then standing seam.

A third type of metal roofing system is known as stone coated steel. This is a great option for homeowners who like the aesthetic look of traditional tile, but want the benefits of metal roofing
